The 2016 vintage, a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, is deeply coloured and intensely aromatic, opening with layers of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, intertwined with notes of black pepper, clove and dried herbs. Extended maturation in French oak adds elegant nuances of cedar, vanilla, dark chocolate and roasted coffee, while the palate is full-bodied yet refined, supported by silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Concentrated dark fruit, savoury spice and hints of tobacco and liquorice lead into a long, polished finish that reflects both the warmth of India's vineyards and the influence of world-class Bordeaux winemaking.
