Ta’ava from Peccavi Estate was created to bring the quality and character of Margaret River wine to the Kosher wine community. Drawing on Peccavi’s estate and winemaking experience, Ta’ava combines carefully selected, estate grown fruit with Kosher certified production, while maintaining the same focus on provenance and quality that defines Peccavi.
The inaugural release is 2026 Ta’ava Sauvignon Blanc, a fresh, elegant and mineral-driven expression of Margaret River, made to be enjoyed first and foremost as a great wine, that also happens to be Kosher.
Margaret River’s first non-mevushal Kosher wine, Ta’ava is produced under KAWA supervision with Rabbi Daniel Lieberman and will soon be available for shipping to Singapore.
Tasting Note: Highly aromatic with lifted aromas of gooseberries, melon and a hint of lychee and just a touch of a herbal note. The palate is stylish and shapely with briny notes and subtle minerality, more like an old world Sauvignon.
