The bouquet is beautifully perfumed, revealing ripe blackberry, black cherry and damson plum alongside lifted notes of violet, cracked black pepper and sweet baking spice. The palate is generous yet remarkably composed, with silky tannins framing concentrated dark fruit, subtle cocoa, graphite and savoury mineral nuances. Fresh natural acidity provides precision and energy, leading to a long, elegant finish where spice and fine oak linger harmoniously.
