Tasting Note: Named after the Auriga constellation, this elegant sparkling wine celebrates life's special occasions with finesse and style. Crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc, Auriga displays brilliant golden straw hues and a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet opens with vibrant aromas of citrus blossom, fresh lemon and white flowers, complemented by ripe peach and subtle orchard fruit. On the palate, crisp citrus flavours are balanced by a gentle creaminess from lees ageing, while delicate notes of brioche, dried apricot and a touch of minerality add depth and complexity. Fresh, lively and beautifully balanced, the wine finishes long and refreshing, making it an excellent aperitif and a versatile partner for oysters, smoked salmon, sushi, soft cheeses or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
