Peccavi Sauvignon Blanc is crafted exclusively from estate-grown fruit in the northern reaches of Margaret River, one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions. Here, ancient gravelly loam soils, a cooling maritime climate and meticulous vineyard stewardship produce wines of purity, structure and longevity. Made in limited quantities, each vintage reflects Peccavi Estate's commitment to exceptional quality, sustainable viticulture and the belief that great wine begins in the vineyard. Whether enjoyed today or carefully cellared, every bottle expresses the elegance, balance and regional character that define Peccavi Estate.
Tasting Note: Made in a contemporary white Bordeaux style with contributions from both oak and semillon, it's mouthfilling, tangy and savoury. A scent of guava, gooseberries and lychees backed by smoky suggestions of vanilla oak and creamy yeast-derived nuances reveals a whiff of musk and dried herbs. It's long, luscious and refined, with a wonderful depth of fruit that drives over a pithy crunchiness towards a lingering finish that hints of brine and minerals. A terrific food wine and certainly a sauvignon blanc for adults! - Jeremy Oliver
