Tasting Note: The flagship Grand Cru of the Louis Michel portfolio, Les Clos 2022 captures the remarkable depth and precision of Chablis' most celebrated vineyard. Aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, crisp orchard fruit and white blossom are layered with classic notes of oyster shell, crushed chalk and flint. On the palate, the wine is concentrated yet impeccably balanced, combining vibrant acidity with a dense mineral core and exceptional purity. Hints of white pepper, subtle spice and saline complexity emerge on the long, finely textured finish. Vinified and matured exclusively in stainless steel, this Grand Cru showcases the transparency of its terroir with remarkable focus, power and elegance. While approachable with careful decanting, it will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 15–20 years.
