Crafted using nine carefully selected botanicals, including locally grown Cotswolds lavender, freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest, Cotswolds Dry Gin is a beautifully expressive, juniper-led London Dry style. Bright aromas of pine, citrus blossom and fresh herbs lead into a palate layered with vibrant grapefruit, candied lemon, coriander seed and warming cardamom, balanced by subtle lavender and black pepper spice.
Bottled at 46% ABV and left non-chill filtered, the gin retains its natural essential oils, creating the signature pearlescent cloud when ice or tonic is added while delivering exceptional texture and intensity.
The finish is long, crisp and refreshing, making it equally enjoyable in a classic G&T or a dry Martini.
